About this spot

Rolling coastal dunes where you hop on a 4x4 for a wild roller-coaster ride over the sand, then try sandboarding down the slopes. The dunes have been the backdrop for films like 'Himala' and 'Mad Max'-style shoots, and late afternoon light turns the sand golden. It is one of Ilocos Norte's most fun group activities; expect sand everywhere, so bring sunglasses and wear light clothes.
