Bangui Windmills
About
A row of 20 giant wind turbines lining the shore of Bangui Bay, the first wind farm in Southeast Asia and an icon of Ilocos Norte. Walk along the dark-sand beach beneath the slowly turning blades, buy local snacks from stalls, and take the obligatory windmill photo. Strong breezes also make it a kiteboarding spot. Great on the way to or from Pagudpud.
