About this spot
The former Marcos family residence overlooking Paoay Lake, now a museum. Its two-storey Spanish-Filipino style mansion with capiz windows and wide hardwood floors displays period furniture, memorabilia and photos from the Marcos era. Whatever your take on the history, it is a significant site, and the lakeside lawns are pretty for a stroll. Most South Ilocos Norte day tours include it together with Paoay Church and the sand dunes.
