Malico: Mt. Malico Camping and Falls
About
Pine forest, cold air and a campfire under the stars: Malico is Pangasinan's mountain hideaway! This highland barangay of San Nicolas, ancestral home of the Kalanguya, sits at the foot of Mt. Malico along the zigzag Villa Verde Trail. Pitch a tent or book an A-frame cabin at a farm campsite, watch the city lights from the ridge at night, and chase the small waterfalls tucked in the forest nearby. Pangasinan even named it its summer capital barangay. Bring a jacket, because evenings get properly cold!
