Quirino Skyline View Deck
About
Drive up before sunrise and watch a sea of clouds fill the valleys below! The Skyline View Deck in Cayus, Quirino, is a roadside platform high in the Ilocos Sur mountains, with wide views over green Cordillera ridges. Come between 5:30 and 7 AM, when thick morning fog settles in the valleys and slowly clears as the sun comes up. The deck now has safety grills, there's space to park beside the road, and the cold mountain wind makes a hot coffee taste even better. Bring a jacket!
