About this spot

The famous view printed on the old 20-peso bill: tiers of rice terraces cascading down the Banaue valley. A few minutes' drive from town, the roadside viewpoints have small souvenir shops and elders in traditional Ifugao attire who pose for photos for a small tip. It is the easiest way to see Banaue's terraces without trekking, and a must-stop before heading to Batad.
