BenCab Museum
About
Founded by National Artist Benedicto 'BenCab' Cabrera, this four-level museum is one of the best art spaces in the country. Galleries hold BenCab's own works (including his famous Sabel series), contemporary Filipino art and a strong collection of Cordillera bulul and indigenous artifacts. Downstairs, a garden trail winds past a duck pond and small farm, and Café Sabel serves meals with a valley view. Worth the short trip out of downtown even for non-museum people.
