Tondol White Sand Beach and Sandbar

No car needed

About

Walk on water at Tondol! This powdery white-sand beach in Anda, nicknamed the Little Boracay of the North, has shallow, turquoise water that stretches far out from shore. At low tide a long sandbar appears, so you can stroll across the flats toward Tanduyong Island with the sea on both sides. The calm, knee-deep water is great for kids, kayaking, beach volleyball and kite flying, and the wide sandy flats make every photo look like a postcard. Simple beachfront resorts and cottages line the shore. Check the tide table and come at low tide in the dry months, February to May, for the full sandbar experience!
