About this spot
Helm is the Philippines' first and only two-Michelin-star restaurant. Chef Josh Boutwood serves a set tasting menu around a counter of about ten seats, so you watch everything being cooked right in front of you. The food reflects his British-Filipino roots and Spanish influences, and the themed menu changes every few months. Sobrang intimate ng experience, perfect for a big celebration or a once-in-a-while splurge date. Slots go fast, so book weeks ahead.
