About this spot
Celera is a dark, moody one-Michelin-star spot on the 3rd floor of Comuna, run by chef-owners Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar. They call their food marriage cuisine: contemporary Asian cooking that pulls from Japan, China, Singapore and beyond, with lots of dashi, fermentation and smoke. Plating is artful and service is warm, so it feels lively, hindi stiff. You can go tasting menu or order dishes. Pang-date night talaga, especially if you love bold umami flavors.
