About this spot
Dumaguete's palm-lined seaside promenade and the heart of the 'City of Gentle People'. Locals jog here at sunrise, students hang out in the evening, and the strip is lined with cafés, bars and restaurants. At night, vendors sell grilled food and the sea breeze cools everything down. Grab a drink, sit on the seawall and watch the lights of Siquijor across the water.
