Ten thousand roses that glow by the sea! At 10,000 Roses in Cordova, rows of white LED roses line the waterfront, and they light up as the sky goes dark. By day they are just plastic stems, so time it right: come late in the afternoon, watch the sunset over the water, and stay for the glow. There's a cafe on the deck for drinks and snacks, and the entrance costs pocket change.
