About this spot

One of the most surreal snorkels in the country, and you don't even need a boat. Swim a few meters off Panagsama Beach and the reef drops into deep blue where millions of sardines move like a single silver cloud around you. Sea turtles often cruise along the same wall. Just bring a mask and fins, or join a guided snorkel. Afterwards, Panagsama's dive shops, bars and cafés make for an easy backpacker evening.

Pwede ba non-swimmers?

The reef drops off into deep water, so wear a life vest and go with a guide.
