Bulusan Lake (Bulusan Volcano Natural Park)
About
A calm, deep-green crater lake wrapped in rainforest, with the volcano peeking through the clouds! Bulusan Lake is the star of Bulusan Volcano Natural Park, and it is one of the prettiest chill spots in Bicol. Ride the e-jeep in from the eco-center, paddle a kayak or SUP, take a boat with a local paddler, or walk the shore trail under big trees. Bring snacks, because there is a view deck and picnic spots. Tip: go early in the morning, when the water is glassy and the mountain is clear. Bulusan Volcano is active, so stay on the lake trails and follow park staff.
