Bohol's other famous hills, and a sunrise you won't forget! Alicia Panoramic Park, also called the City of Clouds, is a rolling grass ridge in eastern Bohol. On clear mornings from November to March, a sea of clouds can fill the valley below while you stand above it. Hike up with a local guide before dawn, or come for a fiery sunset over the ridges. Bring a light, water and a jacket, and leave nothing but footprints!

Know before you go
The ridge is exposed and can be slippery: bring water, a light and good shoes.
No open fires; grassfires happen in the dry season.
Hike with a local guide, as the park requires.
A local guide is required: about ₱300 per group of up to five for the summit trail. Overnight camping is about ₱500 per person (bohol-philippines.com, July 2026).

Yes. A grassfire closed it on April 1, 2026, and it reopened on April 13, 2026.
