Bonbon Beach and Sandbar

About

One of the World's 50 Best Beaches, two years in a row! Bonbon Beach on Romblon Island has a long, powdery sandbar that curves out toward little Bang-og Island, and at low tide you can walk all the way across through shallow, clear water. The beach faces west, so the late afternoon light here is gorgeous. It is rustic and simple, with no big resorts, just sand, sea and the green hills of Romblon town behind you. It is a short tricycle ride from the port, so come early on weekends before the crowd arrives!
