An evening paddle boat ride down the mangrove-lined Iwahig River, where trees light up with thousands of blinking fireflies like natural Christmas lights. Local boatmen tell stories about the mangroves and stars while gliding quietly in the dark. Simple, romantic and very different from the beach days. Avoid nights with a full moon or rain for the best show.
