Pililla Wind Farm
About
Giant white turbines spinning over green hills and Laguna de Bay, just a road trip from Metro Manila! Pililla Wind Farm has 27 towering turbines spread across the slopes of Halayhayin, and the viewing area is free to walk around. Stroll up the hill for wide lake views, lay out a picnic mat on the grass, and snap low-angle photos with the blades sweeping overhead. Come at golden hour, when the sun turns the towers warm and the sunset paints Laguna de Bay. It makes a perfect stop on a Marilaque or Tanay drive. There is little shade and no benches, so bring a hat, water and a blanket, and wear closed shoes for the uneven paths.
