Tinago Falls
About
Tinago means hidden, and this beauty is tucked deep in a ravine! Walk down a long winding staircase of hundreds of steps to find a 73-meter waterfall pouring into a deep blue-green pool. Ride the bamboo raft toward the falls, swim in the cold water with a life vest, and peek into the small cave under the falls. The climb back up is a real leg day, so pace yourself and bring water. It sits on the boundary of Iligan City and Linamon, with entry points via Barangay Buru-un in Iligan or via Linamon, and it is one of the most photographed waterfalls in the City of Majestic Waterfalls. Wear aqua shoes and go early on a weekday to beat the crowds.
