About this spot

A limestone cave on Panglao Island named after the ladder (hagdan) once used to climb down into it. Sunlight streams through holes in the ceiling onto an underground lagoon where you can swim, surrounded by stalactites. It's quick to visit and close to Alona Beach and Tagbilaran, making it an easy add-on to a Panglao day. Check if swimming is allowed on your visit.
