However, registered users can freely leave a rating and comment on all the places. — Guide comment — for me, worth considering yung Rizal Park / Luneta Park dahil the park includes gardens, plazas, fountains, memorials, the execution-site tableau, open lawns, and spaces for concerts and ceremonies. i’d consider it for family trips or barkada hangouts, although paid parking may be available around park-side lots and nearby establishments, but availability changes during events.
