Pangabangan Blue Lagoon and Jelmar's Islet
About
Dinagat's postcard stop! A heart-shaped blue lagoon hides inside the limestone cliffs of Pangabangan Island, and a view deck above it looks down on the whole thing. A short boat ride away, Jelmar's Islet has cottages on stilts over impossibly clear turquoise water, so you can jump straight in from the boardwalk. Island hop from San Jose on a calm morning and bring cash: this is wonderfully off the grid!
