About this spot
Cebu's 'Little Amsterdam', a hillside garden of bright celosia flowers in reds, oranges and yellows, dotted with windmills, a giant hand sculpture and Bali-style photo installations. The cool mountain air makes it a nice escape from the city. Crowds peak on weekends, so go early on a weekday for clean shots. Pair it with Temple of Leah and Tops Lookout for a full Cebu uphill day.
