About this spot
Run by the Jesuits on Mirador Hill, this park is known for its big red torii-style Peace Memorial gate overlooking the pine-covered hills. Climb the long stairway to a Lourdes Grotto-style shrine, walk the eco-trail, and stop by the small tea house and labyrinth. It became a social media favorite for its Kyoto-like photo spots, but it also feels peaceful and reflective on quiet mornings. Combine it with the nearby Diplomat Hotel ruins on Dominican Hill.
