About this spot
Halos lahat ng Binondo food crawl dumadaan dito. Dong Bei is a tiny, no-frills shop where the dumplings are folded fresh right in front of you, using the owner's Manchurian (northeastern China) recipes. The bestseller is the kuchay dumpling, pork and chives in a thin wrapper, steamed or fried. The space is tiny with just a few tables, so expect a line and plan to grab and go if it's full. You can also bring home frozen packs for later.
