About this spot
Taquería Franco is a monochrome taco joint in Salcedo Village with a French bulldog logo and a French twist: think tacos with foie gras, steak frites or lamb bourguignon alongside the classics. Created by Chef Miko Calo, it earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Hindi ito authentic Mexican, and that is the point, it is playful fusion. Also try the octopus tostada and horchata bread pudding. Good for a fun barkada dinner or a casual date.
