About this spot
A beautifully preserved colonial town crowned by the Basilica of St. Martin de Tours, often called the largest Catholic church in Asia. Stroll streets of ancestral houses like the Marcela Agoncillo house (where the first Philippine flag was sewn), Galleria Taal camera museum and old bahay na bato turned cafés. Eat Taal longganisa, tapang Taal and Batangas lomi, and shop for barong, embroidery and balisong knives.
