About this spot

The home of modern sizzling sisig. Lucia 'Aling Lucing' Cunanan is credited with popularizing sisig in Angeles in the 1970s, grilling chopped pig's face and serving it on a hot plate with onions and calamansi. Her original stall beside the old railway crossing is a pilgrimage for food lovers; grab a cold beer and order sisig, grilled liempo and inihaw. Pampanga is the culinary capital, and this is where many start.
